Looking good below 400calories...Loving it. Just remember, it's not just about calorie counting, its what the calories are made of. (you could eat 700calories if it's full of various vitamins and proteins and fats) <Example. 400calories of sugar is just sugar... 400calories of the meal you had is healthy)
