kalo awal-awal diet, turunnya cepet banget, 2 Minggu sampe 5kg. masuk ke minggu ketiga agak melambat. hahaha, ganti pola ke zigzag agak bantu, yang susah lagi itu rutin olganya.. kalo dah tau BB dah agak turun, biasanya ngentengin 😄
