Vanishing Act's Journal, 12 Jun 12

I've been going to sleep later and later, which is not helping my diet or my health. I'm not sure how accurate the calorie counting has been in my food diary, but I'm pretty confident I've been dieting on a calorie deficit. It's hard not seeing results immediately and second-guessing my progress.
Played Frisbee today and helped move things around at the IRC office. Celebrated a friends birthday, but limited myself to one beer(a HUGE feat for me) and one slice of mango key lime pie. I feel guilty and worried about it but it will pass.
