hello Guys Alhamdulillah satu minggu ini berhasil trun 2,1 kg tpi aku sama puasa 2x sehari yaaaaa... hari jumat kemarin masih makan nasi padang dan sorenya makan ayam geprek pakai nasi merah 😂 bismillah minggu ini lebih dikontrol lagi 😊
