I just started day one of phase 2 and when I had my cup of coffee that I've been missing so badly, I felt guilty. Then I thought, "How am I gonna feel for dinner when I make myself a piece of baked chicken?" lol. It feels like I'm cheating. I guess we'll just have to see how the weight comes off on phase 2. For me, if I don't lose it fast enough, I'm going to add more days of phase 1 back into it. Good luck and try to enjoy the foods that you've been missing.
