So I am on day 3 of phase 2 and maybe its just me.. but since I can add meat and some other items I feel like I am almost cheating. I guess its because for 9 days I only had fruits and veggies so to add more food to the diet is almost a no-no. Does or did anyone else feel this way?

I did but also because I wanted to continue losing. It's actually happening more now that I'm on Phase 3. Even though I can have pasta, bread and cookies - the only thing I'm really having on a daily basis is wheat bread and not the 4 slices you're allowed. I am eating the meat though!

I just started day one of phase 2 and when I had my cup of coffee that I've been missing so badly, I felt guilty. Then I thought, "How am I gonna feel for dinner when I make myself a piece of baked chicken?" lol. It feels like I'm cheating. I guess we'll just have to see how the weight comes off on phase 2. For me, if I don't lose it fast enough, I'm going to add more days of phase 1 back into it. Good luck and try to enjoy the foods that you've been missing.
