Vanishing Act's Journal, 08 Jun 12

I've been dieting and exercising for about a week and a half prior to starting here on FatSecret. I've lost almost 5 pounds by making sure I have a daily calorie deficit and by doing simple exercises and activities like push-ups and playing basketball. I can already see and feel a difference and I've never felt more sure that I can make my goal weight.
On the daily front, I went to McDonald's with a friend and came out the other end of the drive-thru without buying any junk. Helped build furniture at community service (light to moderate exercise) and had mostly an inside day today when I got home. Played basketball after having some BBQ chicken from The Pit restaurant. I could have ordered ribs but decided on the healthier option.
Push-ups, crunches and barbell exercises later tonight.
