Two hours of ballroom dancing finished tonight. I’m counting that as my exercise for the day, I was so out of breath by the end I couldn’t chat with my dance partners. My legs will burn tomorrow from the jive.

Got time to fit in a quick dinner (steak) before bed.... work tomorrow.... :-(
