It's day one and I'm excited. I am living with a guy who is super supportful, so hopefully that will make reaching my goal a little easier. Overall I was good today though I didn't workout. I did clean though which worked up a sweat for me. I know my downfall is fattening yummy cheese so I am only trying to allow myself lowfat mozzeralla. Let the "fun" begin!!!!
