I urge you not to use your "blowing it" as an excuse to become overwhelmed and eat. I've done that very thing at times in the past, so for me that would be the next step. I hope you won't do that. Stay with it. Be steady. That's the only way we'll ever come out on top and reach our goal.. I don't know that you do that (use blowing it as an excuse to eat), but if you've done it in the past I hope you won't this time.
