My WW week starts on Monday and I blew my flex points (and then some) for this week last night (in one night!)...really kind of regretting my actions yesterday around food. The first week was so easy...this one is presenting some challenges. So the commitment to myself is to stay within my daily points for the rest of the week...if I can do this, hopefully I'll still be down when I weigh next Monday morning.

I urge you not to use your "blowing it" as an excuse to become overwhelmed and eat. I've done that very thing at times in the past, so for me that would be the next step. I hope you won't do that. Stay with it. Be steady. That's the only way we'll ever come out on top and reach our goal.. I don't know that you do that (use blowing it as an excuse to eat), but if you've done it in the past I hope you won't this time.
