Going slowly but sticking to my goal of no bread, potatoes, pasta and rice. mainly eat fresh veg, meat, a little dairy, fruit. No more heartburn or runny tummy. Since beginning January have added some exercise 3x p/week and I am already stronger and more flexible. Want to make this an entire lifestyle change. 🙏🙏🙏
96 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 21 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
