📌低碳Day94~70(-10.2) MC第三天。體重只多0.4-0.7 碳水也過多。也不確定是太多醣 還是體重重。但體重穩定下降 還蠻優秀的。。每天檢查小泡泡 確定酮體一直在👍 一樣每天喝奶克。但太冷喝100而已
