I had a bad diet day yesterday because I think that I ate too much but still dropped half a pound so what is there to complain about? I am looking for a job and that is always stressful, I guess I should be thankful that I am losing. My sister is smart and I am losing the weight and at night instead of munching on bad food I have a salad with alot of vegetables and green string beans, no corn or peas. This is filling and I don't eat bad food.
