Today was an official weigh-in with my dietitian.
Weight: 112.2kg (with clothes on) Result: -1kg since last time (3 weeks ago)
And even better news:
Fat: -1.9kg Muscle: +0.9kg
So the ideal scenario at the moment... losing fat while gaining muscle. All the while getting closer to the magical 20kg...
