I leave for vacation soon, and I am worried about EFS...It's going to be pretty much impossible to follow it while travellling, so I think I might take the general guidelines and work with what I have on the trip...When I get back though, should I start from Cycle 1 again? (I am doing my second rotation and am in cycle 1 now and leave in two days...) I also wont have access to a computer so I cant come to this site :-( BUT, the good news is that I will be doing lots of hiking on my trip so I will be getting lots of exercise. My goal is, obviously, to continue losing weight while on this trip, however, REALISTICALLY...I just want to maintain the weight loss Ive already seen (which has been about 10 pounds this summer, about 5-6 from EFS)
