I started doing crossfit, AWESOME work-out and I think everyone should join the cult. It's so nuts though because even though I've been eating the same and everything I've gained about 4 pounds. It sort of frustrated me at first because I wanted to keep my goal weight of 130, but it's not like I gained that in fat, or that I am even overweight, it's muscle and I can even see it in my arms and shoulders. Jacked? Alright, I'm ok with that. I just need my crazy self to not be fixed on the goal weight and focus and be happy on that I'm stronger and fit rather than skinny.
