Have had a couple of great days, but not looking forward to tomorrow. Fridays are weigh in days and I am afraid that it won't be good enough. I am going to do a little extra exercise today because I have followed my plan 100% it is what it is and as long as I continue on plan the weight will go. I just realized that the last trip up and down stairs that I didn't use the hand rails, so that means that my legs are stronger and my knee doesn't hurt. My clothes are also looser so I am seeing results. This is a great site that helps me keep on track. Thanks everyone!!
