Just analyzed my weight history. I have a sharp spike in my weight 1-2 days before my monthly. I knew I didn't gain weight while on my period, but I hadn't realized I gain BEFORE my period. That's when I seem to go overboard with junk so probably when my cravings are highest. That's why I love consistently weighing in. If I only weigh in once a week I wouldn't be able to always see these trends.

The same thing happens for me, and probably most women. But for me I'm sure it is mostly hormonal because it happens even when I stick to my calories and don't eat anything extra.

right exactly! I also noticed a while back that I have an unexplained gain of 1-2 pounds when I ovulate! Like you said EVEN when I stick to my eating healthy. However the ones around my monthly are due to me losing control lol!
