It is so nice to be able to read everyone elses journals. It really keeps me motivated. I see other people with similar weight/health issues and realize that it's not just me in this situation. Drinking extra water to help motivate me to get off my chair for a few minutes (need the bathroom breaks). I tend to get busy with work and don't move for hours on end. With all the water, I HAVE to move. And while I am up I do a couple of squats and lift weights for a few minutes. I think it helps keep the metabolism up (and it does help clear the brain). Sticking to the diet 100% and having a good day.
