I finally did it! I ran 10KLM's on the treadmill, I just wanted to see if I could do the distance. The time needs improvement, 71 minutes and 45 seconds. I hope to do it in 60 minutes on race day. Now I'm just waiting for some nice weather so I can take my running to the streets!!!! I hope everyone is having a great week!

Thanks kmartin for your comment! Working hard towards a healthier me and helping my children as well. I am also now doing this with my 9 1/2 year old daughter. She is loving all the time we spend together walking and keeping busy. I wish you all the best on your continued journey!

good for you girl,keep it up.so how is Maddie doing.did she do a weight in yet...as for me i hid my scales under the bed..no weighing in until the end of the month..

Hey Sher, Thanks! I can't believe I did it! I just kept running and said a little more, a little more. Berfore I knew I was at 5 miles and said I just have to run one more! And Maddie is doing good, she lost 2 1/2 pounds so far. We weigh in on Sundays together and then I weigh in on fatsecret on Monday again. Do you like this website? Do you like the food and exercise diary's? Talk to you soon!

Hey good for you! I am more than sure with your positive attitude and hard work that you will be able to pull it off in 60 minutes NO Problem!! You have come so far with everything, this will be one more thing to add to your achievement list!! Excellent Job!!
