Ok yall, I was gonna try the ultramotabilism diet but after reading and re-reading I think I'm just gonna try a little variety. I have never followed any particular diet and think I may do better just cutting back and getting my butt in gear. I have been way to easy on myself and it's time to crack the whip. So as soon as I figure my diet out and it is going well then I will post it along with my progress.
