I am excited and nervous about starting this diet. I quit a very active job and went to work as security (way more money, but totally not me). Everyone I know tells me that I don't need to lose weight but they are not in my body nor do they know how bad I feel ALL the time. About 4 months ago I got really motivated, cut way back on eating and was walking an average of 6 miles a day. Well after a month of seeing no changes at all I got disgusted and just quit.
