Here is my mid month weigh in...I just HAD 2 see how I was doing! This weight surprised me, but then again, I've drank lots of watser today and just ate as well...oh well...

weigh right in the morning as soon as u wake up. Plus.. eek. I hate to say this lol b.c I know how impt the numbers on the scale are to me, but ITS NOT ALL ABOUT THE SCALE lol.

Definitely weigh yourself in the morning - time4change is right - if you eat a lot and drink water - three to five pounds of weight can add on... also weigh yourself with the same amount of clothes each weekly weigh in so it's more accurate - that's how I do it too - good luck - ignore fluctuations after eating and drinking lots of fluids they're meaningless... the weight that goes down after a month or two is what really counts even if it's only four or five pounds like it is with me as it's permanent - now the scale is nowhere near what it was with me in October when I started on this site and that is what really matters! Keep going and you'll reach your goals!
