Wow I must of been feeling to good about myself yesterday cause I fell of the wagon HARD. We had friends over for supper last night...which ended up being pizza cause I didnt want to cook. Well I ate 3 pieces at supper cause I was STARVING waiting for everyone to get here. Then I decided to drink with everyone. Even though I havent drank in a year and 1/2. I had 2 beer and a vodka. NOT A GOOD IDEA. I ended up eating 2 more pieces of pizza cause I was tipsy...well actually drunk. And today I feel like trash. I totally indulged way to much. Im cutting out lots of my carbs today to try to equal things out from yesterdays binge fest I had. :(

I would eat lots of veggies and fruit, also drink LOTS of WATER!!! maybe herbal tea would help to flush everything from your body, good luck you can do it, plus it's alwas good to have a night like this!!!

I did somthing that New years weekend..I felt so bad I followed the next day eating sweets and balieys with my coffee the next day. I felt so gross for 3 days but I didn't gain anything after the bloating went away. I am sure you'll feel great by tomorrow if you keep the starchy carbs way down today. Takecare :)

Thanks guys :) Ive been drinking tons and tons of water and eating lots of fresh fruits and veggies today. Im feeling a little better not. Thanks :)
