My first weigh in of the year and it is not a good one hey...back to the drawing board... the damage is done😕😕

94.7 kg Lost so far: 40.3 kg. Still to go: 14.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
