Thanks, I know it's the early days yet but I am trying hard. I usually start with a granola bar in the am, followed by a piece of fruit at 10am, for lunch I have a yogurt and a pack of the 100 calorie chips, at 2pm I have a snack(usually rice cakes or the weight watchers lemon cakes), at 3:30 I have a slimfast bar then when I get home, I have a lean cusine dinner with a side salad. So far it's working for me cuz I know when I am going to get to eat something.
