Day 2, and the sweets cravings are not bugging me at all...since i added my homemade applesauce in the plan...i do not add sugar, and i know it's not on phase one, but i felt like i was going to die with no sugar, so i guess i'm counting as my "treat." I feel much better over all though!! no lack of energy, and i feel like it's really not that bad! Everyone on here is so motivating! thanks everyone!!

Please remember how important phase 1 is and the no fruit roll, to setting up your body and the way it handles and processes sugars and your blood sugar and all the cravings one tends to get. Phase 1 doesnt cut out fruit just to be mean to us, there is a very scientific reason for it. I am thrilled to hear how good you are feeling. It gets better. Best wishes to you.
