Slower to get things back on track than I imagined. Fell asleep early last night, got up late this morning, but still quite productive today. Didn't weigh in yet still, and ate more than the journal said yesterday, but otherwise pretty close to plan. Will be more on track again today I think, even though I did not exercise. Again, no headaches, have sore gums, but otherwise less sore and in pretty good shape.
