I want to just eat my face off...is basically how I am feeling right now. I have been struggling with anemia...and some mild hypothyroid issues. I think part of the reason I am hungrier is that I am feeling better.
I was doing so super for 6 weeks..then I went to a conference..and gained back everything I had lost..and haven't gotten back on the wagon since.
I want to just be able to eat without having to write it down.
I lost weight doing WW on my own, and I did lose weight..but once I let up on writing it down, I gained everything back.
I get confused as to what I want to do...WW,...1600-1800 calories..blood type ...? I don't want it to be a job.
