Mehhh...stress + busy work days = difficult to keep to a stringent diet Since I am on EFS, I have trouble getting in the required amount of exercise... I ALWAYS do at least 45 minutes of cardio every day, but I find it difficult to do two sessions, each 45 minutes, or to even do a full 60 minutes. Is there anyway I could supplement this with my diet? Maybe switch a cup of rice with a cup of steamed veggies?
