We didn't weigh in last week because of the holiday and our schedules so my 10 lbs. this week is a two total but I still feel good about it. I have lost 73 lbs. to date and I plan on getting that 75 pound magnet next week! I also briefly dipped below 350 on the scale this week and was so shocked that I made my husband come and look to make sure I was really seeing it. Still battling with some female water weight issues but should be cleared up by next week. I actually finally feel like I am losing weight and can reach my goal (somewhere around 150). Again, I just want to say, as someone who doesn't really care for most fresh vegetables and fruits, that if I can lose weight, not feel hungry or deprived of my favorite foods (even with period cravings) then anyone can.
