Anyone on intermittent fasting finding that your stomach is shrinking?
Gosh, I could swear, even after just a few days that it's shrunk! Had rice n tuna for lunch, after having had my protein shake for "breakfast" after 15 hrs of fasting. Had a kauai dragon fire juice with the tuna, as well as a kauai toast n avo (thanks to vitality active rewards~!) and water between it all and I am stuffed!
Seem to remember being able to eat way more and having cravings, now just happily full!
