Praise the Lord for getting my focus on Him and craving Him instead of food. Glory! I made my pound counter out of pearls on a string coloring each goal bright with colors. As I lose, I am moving a clip down the row toward my goals. I have 2 5K races and a possible half marathon in my future. I am so excited!
