Today was a hard day for proper timing of eating due to my schedule - so I drank a SlimFast quick between patients. I hate SlimFast but it is easy to pour and drink and be "incognito" while getting some protein.
Finally walked tonight a little further than on Sunday so that is good. My foot is better since the surgery last Fall but I still need to be careful for a while so as not to re-injure the toe.
