Dear goddess, how did I let it get this far?

I started this year off vowing to get thin and then it all went pear shaped (literaly) I'm at the upper limits of my allowable fat weight headed into winter and red wine and starchy food teritory I need to get a handle on this

Really hoping this isn't just another diet plan I start and then promptly ignore the next week

Hi KraftyKat Just make it part of your daily routine to log into the site and update everything you have eaten and also all the exercise you have done. Do it daily and it will really help to motivate you, and also help you to make the right choices; like walking instead of taking the car, etc, so you get the pleasure of seeing the additional calories you have burnt. If you have an iPhone download the free app which helps you to keep in touch when away from your computer. It's a great site with a whole bunch of good people who will help to keep you motivated!
