This is my version of "the dog ate my homework". At 2AM my dog started barking furiously. I suspect some people set off firecrackers that I would have OTHERWISE slept through. So then I started thinking about everything I needed to do and ended up awake for another hour. So all this is a just a long explanation for why I slept in and skipped the workout today, which means I skipped the weigh in too. Not a problem. I needed the sleep, and I've been working out hard all week. While I hoped to give an objective measure of weight loss I'll just report that I'm feeling much skinnier -- clothes are getting baggy, waist to hip ratio is looking better, and I'm get positive remarks from friends and loved ones. Just gotta stay focused!
