Ga sarapan, tadi makan tempe, telur rebus 2, sama sayur rebus. cemilan buah pepaya 2 potong panjang. hehe

siang makan pepaya 2 potong, tahu kukus 2, energen.
sore makan nasi merah 6 sendok + brokoli + tahu 2 + boncabe 😀
