1:29pm - Returned to the office from a 30 min walk. I forgot my yoga clothes so went for a moderate walk. I ate lunch before my walk - 1 potato with veggies, almonds, Smart Balance, and Spike. I also had half a slice of bread my boss made. I did my best to avoid looking at my computer but it was difficult. I had so many things on my mind and was feeling nervous. I liked my lunch but didn't love my lunch. In any case, I feel comfortable and don't feel like I overate at all. I think it's time to update my lunches - I must always have plenty of veggies but I need more protein...maybe some lean ham?
