Gagal eat clean malah makan singkong keju 4 potong 😧, tp gpp yg penting masih dalam batas kalori, untung ada FS makan jd ke kontrol, yg biasanya tiap cheatmeal malah jd cheating kalap. Punishmentnya besok coba kurangi kalori sebesar cheatmeal hari ini.
