So for the last 3 days I been Intermitten Fasting with around 1000 cals and 25-30g carbs, so today im having higher cal/carbs and tomorrow low again.Going to try hit 2x hiits today. stationary bike before weights and battle ropes 20sec x 14 rounds.So far I've dropped 2kg it seems
