if you aren't hungry for what you made, maybe.....no one throw anything at me please.....maybe try optislim where you just have the shakes 3 times a day - or 2x and one meal with the family.
I know they are good as lots of my friends are on them after lap banding. Seems the only one the doctors trust.

I would try a different diet. Or try mixing up the foods that youve been eating--sausage and eggs arent all you can have. Try pickles, lunch meat..go down the cheese isle and pick out a new cheese to try, steak, pork..there's tons of good stuff. Just mix it up or try something new!

I was on Atkins for 3 years, and mixing it up was key.
Try things like pepperoni and mushrooms with melted motzerella cheese.
Cream cheese on summer sausage. I had low carb shakes for breakfast, the chocolate ones with a table spoon of instant decaf coffee in it was
like a starbucks sometimes! It's hard to come up with new things...but being here just might help.

Also......
I found that diet drinks with aspertame were my enemy!
My weight loss stalled for 3 weeks, and I quit drinking aspertame
and I started losing again. I only drink Diet Rite soft drinks, and only once in a while.
