i did it i can't believe it. I went in the polar bear swim at 12pm today and man was it cold but it was part of my new years resolution i am not going to stand on the shore anymore and watch the waves i am going to plunge in and go for it. Felt incredible to be that free. I am definetly doing this again next year Happy new year everyone :)
