12:32pm - Finished lunch: A mixture of brown rice, veggies, Smart Balance, raw almonds, with a little Spike. I don't feel quite satisfied but I think I ate too fast. I'm going to wait it out another half hour and I still don't fee satisfied, I'll eat the papaya half I've been saving for these moments. I've got another four hours before I'm off work. Can't wait to get out and celebrate the new year. I plan to make a nice dinner of steak, potatoes, and a side salad. I do want sparkling wine but I plan to limit myself to 2 flutes. I hardly drink so I better be prepared not to overdo it so I regret it tomorrow!
