So I did make some progress and I did a decent job sticking to the meal plan I set. I also walked on my lunch breaks. Just having hard time motivating myself to go to the gym after work...
79.5 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
