kemaren hari pertama diet tp kalap makan ayam bakar dan ngemil 😥
hari ini hari kedua, berharap turun walo cuma 1 kg, pagi" udh kalap ngemil. di jam berikutnya puasa aja deh seharian ini 😭
sisa hari bsk sampe h-1 diet ocd kombi dengan diet mayo, semoga bisa 💪😥
