You can do this Tiffany! My husband & I are doing South Beach. We skipped phase one and started with phase 2. We have been doing it for several weeks and have been actually enjoying eating better. The weight is coming off slowly but it will come. My DH was over 300# and lost down to 220# after his heart attack, heart surgery, onset of diabetes happened to him all at once. He didn't keep up after we married and we both gained! He got back up to 267 but is on his way down again. You can do this!!!!
