I'm making this red since tomorrow is the 4th. I did pretty darn well this week if I should say so myself... I drank lots of water, and had lots of fruit/veggies. I didn't get to work out as much as I wanted to, but I did play in the backyard with the kids on their slip and slide which I'm sure was hillarious. It's amazing how many of my muscles ached the next day! Oh to be a kid again!!
I am giving myself a free pass tomorrow since we have a huge 4th of July party at our house every year but I'm keeping in mind I will have to work off everything I indulged on the next week... SO hopefully that will keep it to a minimum!
I'm so excited to have all these new workout buddies!!
