For the last month, I've lost all willpower I had. I'll try again to start on the Induction Phase of the diet. Wish me luck.

95.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 29.5 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

we'll do it together I feel disheartened as I lost 8 stone on atkins, had a baby and put it all back on so have got to start again! (tomorrow) If I can do it you can do it! xx
