5:00pm - Still at the office. I have to work an extra hour since I was late this morning. I'm not hungry but I want to eat. This must be one of my triggers. It's the boredom of being alone in the office and not having work that I must do right away that makes me want to eat. Eating is an enjoyable event but it won't make the next half hour go any faster. I guess I'll clean up my desk so I'm productive!
