So my personal goal is to eat less than 1200 calories a day or right around it. I usually do ok for breakfast but I either splurge at lunch or dinner. Felipe likes to go to lunch which costs me alot of calories!!!! So in order to achieve my weight loss goal I have to stop eating out. I like eating the Smart Ones meals. I feel that if I eat anything other than that I will go way over my 1200. I need to figure this out.
