I made it through my monthly without putting on weight. I messed up a few times but did not gain. I love to eat the week prior. I am back to doing really well. Christmas is right around the cornor and plan on eating but in moderation. My husband is due to leave the 26th so will need to stay in control. Each time he has left the weight was put on like crazy. With the good Lords help I will stay in control of food and not let it control me. I am big on confort food. When he first leaves it is so hard for a few weeks and soon as the boys and I get into a routine it gets better. I am still not to good at recording what I eat or recording exercising. I need to do better with that. I know it is a great tool that I need to utilize.
